Please note we don’t take bookings for weekend brunch services; it is a walk-ins only service. We have an efficient waitlist running through out brunch, so feel free to head down and we will get you seated as soon as we can.
We take online bookings for up to 8 people, for larger groups please submit an enquiry form, email [email protected] or give us a call.
For larger groups of 10+ we can offer bigger tables, semi-private and private hire options, with both set course banquet menus and informal canape menus available. Please complete the online enquiry form via the "Enquire" link below.
Our restaurant operates on split levels. The lower dining area has low seating as well as the chefs pass on stools where you can watch the chefs cook your meal. The lower dining area for dinner service has two sittings, first sitting 5.30-6.15pm with the second sitting from 8pm. The upper dining features low tables and chairs with stools around the bar. The upper dining area doesn’t have fixed booking times so allows for more flexibility.
Please note that online bookings close an hour before each service begins. For shorter notice bookings, please give us a call.

Cassie the hostess was so on point and my coffee was the best I’ve had in Wellington over a long weekend visiting so many spots.
Will be back here every time I am in Wellington!

For me, Egmont Street Eatery is the best dinner restaurant in Wellington, and the closest to fine dining experience. Can't wait to dine again.

Did I mention the staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable of the menu too? Two hours of dining experience flew by so quickly, and that’s a testament on how well they paced the food coming to our table. We will definitely be back!
