★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for money, a very warm welcome and a free upgrade to a spa room. The rooms are very clean and tidy and although there are 2 levels of rooms, you can't hear any noises from other rooms. The bed is super comfortable, spa bath ,which is huge, is a real treat. Nice and handy to everything in Rotorua. Would definitely stay here again.
Bright and modern facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and tidy rooms with nice clean smelling linen, warm, private rooms with big awesome spa bath. Polite and considerate owners. We have been back several times and each time was just as good as the last visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room I was in was exceptionally clean and the bed/bed linen was like sleeping on a cloud! Would have given 5 stars except for the fact I could hear guests in the adjacent room talking most of the night, attributed to the fact there was a connecting door between rooms. Would absolutely stay here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was ok, but there were a few issues.
1. There was no working range hood above the hotplates, so the smell of cooking was very hard to get out of the room.
2. No lift for baggage, so plan for this.
3. The lock on the door was not secure
However, it's a nice place to stay, there's a nice barbeque area and a pool that's clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely welcome at reception from friendly couple. The one bedroom unit was great, enough room for three adults (one slept on the pull out couch in the living area). Outstanding shower pressure, fantastic ! Nice swim in the heated pool. Clean and nicely decorated unit, would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely. Lovely staff, nice aircon, very simple layout. Under promise & over deliver. Their free WiFi worked well, small kitchenette was fine for making dinner/bfast and the spa bath was very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic get away. Sustainability conscious by giving you the choice to keep your towels as long as you like (hanging them up as opposed to leaving them in the shower for collection), and opting to not have your room serviced. This is amazing to have the choice and I commend them highly.
I was treated by my partner to even have the spa in our room! So tidy, and a great get away space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff. Very homely feeling units. I think the only thing missing was a fan for the room it was extremely hot when I was there and the lounge air-conditioning didn't cool the main bedroom. Apart from that it's a really lovely place to stay. Will definitely be going back.
