★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just arrived after having a massive fall at Te Puia. My leg was all bloody and the owner took the time to bandage me up after hobbling slowly into our room. I can't say enough about the service here! The room is tidy and comfortable. Will recommend to anyone! Thank you Studio Motel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a room in the guest house which wasn't to our liking so Saturday I asked for another room and the owner was very accommodating and put us in a lovely big room with a king size bed and a spa bath .. we only had to pay an extra $25 which was fine by me.
Was a lovely stay
Will come back to Pure again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are short of money you can stay here but this place is not good. Small room, tiny bathroom, uncomfartable bed, infrastructure is poor.
Good things: a small fridge, a TV, quiet in the room, reception works nearly 24 hours, free parking even for minibuses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed under full of spider's web. And watet wasn't hot enough for shower. Guest service was good when we asked owner for making room warmer he gave us extra heater.

Dingy lighting. No hand towels. Tiny tea cups. Shower in bad state. Stained spa bath. Tea towel so thin it was like a cleaning cloth.
Very poorly furnished.
Noisy fridge.
Most of all the very poor lighting.
Further to your reply, we weren't shown the motel before paying.
We paid for it on the office then went down the drive to the motel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible beds, noisy room. We had a converted garage. Lack of ventilation. Thin walls and ceiling. Bed was far too soft, we had unexpected bed bugs bites. Overall condition very poor, not recommended at all!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our suite smelt a bit of smoke when we arrived, which wasn't the fault of the owners. Check in was so easy and the hosts very accommodating and helpful. Room was impeccably clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.
