★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with our 1 night stay. The unit was unclean, with extremely old and tired furnishings which were stained and rusted. We were grateful we had sleeping bags in the car so we did not have to use the stained bedding. The huge white tailed spider crawling down the wall was a bonus! The light switches were very difficult to turn on and the shower pressure was very poor with mould all over taps and shower curtain. Bathroom door did not close properly. Spa pool area was filthy and uninviting. This is the first time I have written a negative review about anything but felt it had to be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best thing about this place was how easily we got a refund. We paid for three nights but one was more than enough, so we left. Lukewarm old broken spa, horrible hard beds, floppy pillows, bright outside lights shining into the room, no temperature control, ants on the floor. The bathroom fan had never ever been cleaned and the dust was thick. Gross. Owner obviously very used to complaints and didn't seem to care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK but wasn't happy with the bed situation. Wanted a big bed and got 2 small ones pushed together! Not ideal for a couple.
And no air con, but it was fine temperature wise for us.
Location was good and accessible to most of town and the geothermal spots.
Bit expensive for the accomodations standard but acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed three nights in a family unit, lovely lady at reception. BUT!!! not impressed as a motel cleaner myself, cutlery, cups, plates, fridge, stove you name it were not clean. Alot of condensation when you wake up in the morning. Beds were hard, heating wasn't great. Very run down. Would have gone elsewhere if they weren't all booked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we got to the motel the hot pool outside was lukewarm if that the spa pool in the room was the same and also the TV in the bedroom had half a picture on one side of the screen and lines through it on the other side. It was cold in the room and tried warming it up with their 2 heaters they had and still didn't help at all so we don't recommend staying there and we definitely won't be staying there again. If there were any other motels available we would have gone there instead

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed ? where do I start. Very unclean room, everything was old and broken. My son found a chocolate wrapper in his bed. We paid quite a bit for two suit rooms with spa pools. One night away with our daughter, her husband and our Grandkids and it was horrible, beds uncomfortable and you could feel the springs through them. Wanted a fun family night away. Never again here. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 2 days and 1 night last minute, because other places were booked up, but we were pleasantly surprised with this place! Our room (Small double room) was simple, clean and had the essentials. Also the lady at the front desk who checked us in was very polite and helpful - our fridge wasn't working when we arrived but she came and fixed the plug situation and it was all good. I, being quite a clean freak, liked this place a lot. It has parking included and is also close to all the shops so that's a bonus. Probably the only thing my partner and I didn't like was the shower head sprays in different directions and it's hard to shower unless u just hold the shower head and spray it close to your body... but other than that it's fine ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time here and it’s been lovely. The service at front reception is excellent, rooms have been beautifully cleaned and topped up, nothing was missing nor broken everything fully functioning close to town. Would definitely be coming back again as me and my partner has had a marvelous experience here. Loved the heated pool not too hot nor to cold and the spa just made our day after a long day nice and relaxing all in your own privacy.
