Bed was very uncomfortable and small for two people. Very soft. There was a blood stain on a bed's valance which was disgusting. After checked in when room was freshly cleaned we found black hairs in the bathtube. Room should be servised daily but our bed was made just once in a few days. Internet is included in price untill you don't skype or watch movie. What? Then they charge you for it. Unbelievable. Also Internet was very slow even for browsing and cutted of often. There is a heater in the room but it doesn't work during the day. You need to wait untill aprox 6pm. They will turn it on then. I travelled a lot but this was the worst accommodation I have ever seen for this price category. Very disappointed. Never go back.

Very disappointing stay. We stayed 2 nights. Had to wash our dishes by boiling the jug as hot water mysteriously disappears during the day. Bed ok, spa bath good. Dated and tired decor. Needs a darn good renovation. Kitchenette but hot plate and pot/pan have to be asked for at office; they are not supplied in the room. No cooking utensils - vege peeler, sharp knife, etc. Dishwashing liquid is watered down. Very clean, though I don't like the starched sheets. In the road front units it is quite noisy at night due to traffic passing. Of the 6 places booked for our 3 week road trip this is the most expensive and the poorest quality/experience.

When we arrived they were still cleaning the room we had booked so we went out for an hour and when we came back it was still dirty. The toilet smelt of urine and there was poo on the ceiling. The stairs were chipping, the roof was leaking, the heater was broken, the spa bath was broken and had hair all over it, the bathroom floor was rotten and the window lock was broken!!!!!!!!!!

Upon arrival we were greeted by permanent tenants at the hotel who were drinking and smoking drugs. The room we were in was like a basement was dark and cold the heaters worked when they felt like it has no smoke alarms at all. The cutlery were all soaking wet and not even clean we rewashed them all. We stayed for 5 nights and we didn't once get clean towels or bed sheets. The bin never got emptied for us and because of the permanent tenants drinking all night every night the motel bins were all full. Was not a pleasant stay and we will never be back. The worst thing was how dirty the place was if the city wasn't booked out we wouldn't have stayed here especially with two young boys.

Convenient for us and it offered room for a family group which is why we chose to stay here. We were able to use the cooking facilities for breakfast snacks and a light meal. A fridge big enough to accommodate our beverages and food for a few days. The family room is located downstairs in what appears to be a converted basement garage. The property is showing its age - the spa bath appeared to be original and could not be used other than as a standard bath. The shower was adequate but the whole bathroom although generous in size was unappealing. Hot and cold taps were not marked which is not good if you have children. The plumbing appeared to need a good clean out or replacing as did not drain well. That aside the welcome we had was gΓ²od and we had space for the family and a decent sized TV. It was a bit hot in summer without a fan but we coped by keeping windows open through the night. The floor level was uneven in the basement room which could prove a hazard for those with mobility problems but would be wheelchair accessible. The motel office is up some external stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Sufficient parking onsite...off-street.

Great location, close to most attractions and shopping precinct. Bed was well past its replacement date. Not enough pillows, 1 per person. Our room was facing the car park which meant cars were 2 feet from our window. No air conditioning and on our visit of 2 nights it was around 30 degrees. No hanging space at all and nowhere to open the suitcase. The whole premises needs a good updating and if you cannot offer a clean spa with no cracks, don't have one.

We paid $120 for a night with a double bed and w singles, I mean it was definitely not the flashiest but for the price you cant expect the hiltons. TV works, free wifi, couch (a bit dirty) table and chairs. Bathroom was probably the worst part shower was to hot to have on full was more of a dribble if you wanted it warm. Bathroom door didnt close. I think the people in room next to is were smoking also. I mean as far as price goes I cant complain, but probably would try for better next time :)
