Drove all the way to manukau to use my Westfield Gift Card to buy some doughnuts today. website clearly says "accepts westfields gift cards"...nope the staff says otherwise. They even insisted that maybe its the other branches. What's going on?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is good. Looks can be deceiving though, the doughnuts look good but they taste really ?????... doughnut was a bit under done and bland. The custard/raspberry one was a bit off. I definitely won't be going back for seconds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought I’d try this place out and purchased a box of 6 donuts from here today and I realised that they weren’t as fresh as they looked after taking a bite out of a couple. The donuts were stale and they had a salty/bitter after taste. My flatmate also tried the other donuts just to verify my claim that the donuts indeed weren’t fresh and also noticed the salty/bitter aftertaste?wasted money. Safe to say that my loyalty remains with Dunkin Donuts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The snickers shake is one of the best shakes I have ever had and the donuts were delicious. The worker named Cherry is very lovely and helpful, especially because I was quite rude. I wanted to use my grab one voucher but there were no donuts, she put some aside for me the next day to pick up. I was super grateful and they were worth the wait. Thanks Cherry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was craving donuts and frappe and as I was walking through the mall I decided to try out epiphany’s donuts cafe. Mum got a Mango smoothie & I got donuts with a snickers frappe ? it was so delicious! From the donuts to the frappe I’m surly going to come back for more ❤️❤️❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today and tried a few donuts and the franut shakes. Customer service was great, place was tidy. Donuts were nice and soft but some of them tasted really weird, the flavours are really artificial. The shakes themselves were nice. But i probably wouldn't come back for donuts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Donuts tasted too sweet and flavors didn't taste or smell as the flavor stated. Passionfruit/white just felt like whole heap of icing sugar and socky donut. I won't go into the other 3 I got. No, sorry big disappointment ?
