★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The muffin was delicious, but the cup and saucer for my drink was stained with old tea/coffee and lipstick marks. They switched for clean ones and once my back was turned they put the returned cup back on top of the 'clean' stack - friends sitting at my table saw it done. Otherwise nice enough area, seating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they have a good selection of muffins, sweet and savoury choices and good portion size. I had a poor experience though. staff forgot my order until I was the last customer waiting(I had to tell them again my order). I had the cheese scone which was delicious but it was not heated up properly, and the portion of butter was absolutely tiny compared to the scone(see photo).
Customer service needs improving

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was nice but I don't think the staff were listening to us. Asked if we wanted apple pie warmed, with cream. Said "yes please". It was served cold, no cream. Ordered a spearmint milkshake and received caramel.
