★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all my mum and I have been using Estée Lauder for decades now and we like the brand. It is a shame to give it three starts. My daughter is a blogger and she wanted to do an unboxing video so we decided to order a range of products online - from the Estée Lauder website. We waited around one week which we understand; due to Covid and clearance from Australia to New Zealand. But our package came in a flimsy box that was taken apart and put back together now this was most likely customs and their clearance checks but the fact that we paid so much and bought over $600 worth of products, Estée Lauder could have packaged the items better! What kind of high brand company sends its customers products in such pack packaging. Now I work in marketing I know what packaging should be like and this is an old box it looks like it is falling apart. Lucking all items were in but just a word of advice if you are shipping international even to New Zealand make sure to send in a sturdy box because even if customs opens it they have something stable to put all the items back in. Because things like this is plain ridiculous and now there is going to be a vlog on it on Youtube
