★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When checking out the toys, the old blonde cashier was very unfriendly and didn't respond to my greetings. I was disappointed with her rudeness. The old blonde female employee needs to be trained in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good spacious store, but hard to find parking if you visit during peak hours as this is the always the case with Albany Mall Westfield. The store has double level and an escalator and elevator withing the store you can visit with a trolley from supmarkets as the store is very spacious in space. Recommending a visit. 4 stars due to parking issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entered the shop and no one paid us any attention. Picked up an item and suddenly everyone knows how to greet. Followed us around the entire time and not shocked at all, seeing as we were the only POC in there. Staff kept popping up and watching or asking if we needed help even though we said no COUNTLESS times. We rushed our shop because we felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Would rather stick to Town/Westside Farmers, seeing as they’re nothing like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I appreciate the awesome deal of a suit for $269, I despise the woman who “helped” me. I asked her to explain the deal to me and so rudely said “it’s exactly as it says on the sign”, pointed to the sign and said “oh, well, it doesn’t say it, but it’s not hard”. Horrible horrible customer service and I will be lodging a formal complaint. She was being so rude to whoever she served. If she doesn’t want to work there, DON’T!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice people, served by a guy call afir at the guys clothing counter. Super helpful, sorted the balance on my Westfield cards then wrote the price on sticker which he put on the card so I wouldn't forget.
I may have the name wrong but he was awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very large store and well presented with a huge variety of products. Found the staff to be polite and knowledgeable about the goods that are in their department. Had no problem changing a faulty shirt. Strongly recommend giving the store a visit when they have a sale on. You can make some big savings then.
