β β β β β Went to buy a jacket on 03/12 , price of the jacket was $399 but it had a 40% off ticket over it. Went to pay and the girl said that they can not match the price because it was the price for yesterdays promotion. I asked if she can talk to her manager regarding a price match, but was told she said no..quite disappointing as I usually shop here. Pretty sure this is against the fair trading act too.

β β β β β Terrible service. The store assistant was nice but the manager was dreadful. I had a product bought for my birthday that didn't suit and because I didn't have a receipt she wanted nothing to do with me. Blamed 'policy'. Never going back again

β β β β β Just wanted to share the awesome customer service that we had today at the Barkers in Albany. Sam took his time with us showing us sizes and styles and was very knowledgeable about each item. There was absolutely no pressure from him to buy anything and we felt extremely well looked after. Thanks Sam!

β β β β β Fantastic experience with Jake. He took his time explaining things to me and getting me looking nice and sharp for an upcoming wedding. his recommendations and advice were on the money. There was no pressure to purchase anything. I'm a salesperson myself so I understand the tricks of the trade and I was pleasantly surprised to have a genuine purchasing experience when I knew nothing about the product range. I will be back.
