★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can’t list a price, then when going to the counter get told “oh that’s Australian pricing” “we are meant to cut them off” that’s absolutely misleading and I’m sure the fair trade act might have something to say about it... $65 for a belt when it states $50 is a joke. I hope you all change the your pricing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Looking at shirts for at least 10 mins, all the staff standing around giggling when I walked in twice within half an hour. But another customer who walked in was instantly asked " you guys need any help?". Just comes across as snooty and judgemental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having come to accept the fact that my wardrobe looks like it was put together by a blind person who had drunk a bottle of whiskey I decided it was time to treat myself to some new threads.
My visit to Tarocash was fantastic. I had visited many other stores that day in the mall and although they have great products what made the difference was the service. I didn't feel pressured and was given a generous amount of options and guided like the beginner that I am in a patient manner making the whole experience very pleasant.
The lady who served me (Nurene) even offered to arrange some alterations that were required. She said that it just had to be done =)
Will definitely be going back. Great store, amazing service and I love my new clothes. Won't even need to see a massive sale sign out the front to revisit 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get a hawian shirt and Tej came through as a phenominal salesmen, friendly, polite and helpful. I asked for cash out aswell because the christmas wrapping station required a gold coin donation. They didn't do cash out but tej said he had a dollar in his pocket which he gifted.
Give Tej a payrise and promotion.
