★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ripped Off. Wouldn't refund cash payment for extra pairs of shoes back to credit card. My wife was given a Skechers gift card (having never purchased Skechers before) and used it online to buy two pair of shoes plus pay balance with Credit Card. Both pair of shoes were wrong size so she went on a Chat session during Covid Lockdown as she couldn't go into store to exchange and the Skechers Chat person said to return both pairs by courier (which she did) and buy the correct size online by an extra credit card transaction. The Chat person confirmed she would be refunded her extra purchase to her credit card when the returned goods were received back. When goods were received Skechers customer service person Ainsley issued a gift card as a refund and wouldn't give the full credit back to credit card for the extra purchase. Now my wife is in the same position she started with, a gift card she does not need and in addition has paid in cash for two pairs of Skechers shoes she didnt really need. This is shocking customer service. If it hadn't been Covid Lockdown my wife would have gone in store and simply exchanged shoes for correct size. We will never buy Skechers again and we will tell everyone we know not to buy or give Skechers Gift Cards.

Once we pay for the product that money is gone. They don't even exchange the faulty shoes.... it's ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst store ever. One star for the Google review is too good to this store. They sold badly faded rubbish shoes to me and refund was really hard to get. I haven't got a refund for over a month. I have tried to contact the store manager, she just ignored. Never go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is quite bad. It was really shocking. My wife bought the shoes in the store. She found out the fault on the shoes.
She asked to change it. The staff said that there is no right size for the shoes. My wife asked the refund. The staff talked that she can’t do the refund because manager is not in store. The staff asked my wife to come other day. My wife came back to the store two times. Problem is not solved. Then the manager talked to my wife to visit the store today(20th of Nov.) We went to the store today again. Manager is not there and staff said she is sick. Staff said that I can’t do the refund because manager is not here. Even though manager promised refund today. The staff served my wife acted very arrogantly and rude. She didn’t apologize properly. She doesn’t have any knowledge about the customer service at all. It is not worthy at all.
No recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Skechers Sylvia Park today (16/04/22) and was served by a girl called Gianni. Amongst all of easter weekend chaos she managed to go above and beyond with absolute rock star service to provide me with the shoes I needed.
Great store. Great team. I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Well done.
