★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff’s attitude was very bad, she act like I own her a million dollars. I was standing at the counter holding a shoe for a few minutes, she looked at me and turned her head over, the other staff tapped her arm then she started to help me. I tried one shoe and I didn’t like it, I hold the shoe with both of my hands and gave it back to her. She looks so angry and asked me to put the shoe back in the box and I pack it back into the box nicely. She grab the box didn’t even say one word and went away. It’s a horrible shopping experience, I have never been treated like this before. It made my day very bad.

Bought a pair after trying on multiple shoes and will definitely be back. Thanks Prince you're a star !!

Especially Ana (hope i spell it correctly) just made my day. She is really good at it with all professional knowledge and skills. I went after for Dr. Martens shoes and Ana literally shared all the experience about taking care of leather shoes with me. She’s very helpful and answered all my questions. Thank you so much for spending time with me and I really appreciate this☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time shopping at this company and I’m kind of disappointed.
I ordered shoes online and then collected them in-store. They were not true to size so I had to exchange them to a size bigger, however those didn’t fit as well, so I requested for a refund. But I was told by the lady serving me that she “thinks” I cannot get a refund, as they said I have already exchanged them and all I can get is store credit. The person who was serving me was nice but she seemed to be a bit unsure about the shops policies, as she said the store credit will only last a month, then it changed two months and finally she checked with another staff member and it was actually a for a year.
I should also mention I was not told I could get a refund when I exchanged my shoes to a size larger, which is what I would have done if I knew at that time.
I understand this was a unique situation but I was left a little annoyed, as they seemed to be super lenient on their website about refunds and didn’t mention anything about being in a position where you can only get store credit.
If you do want to shop here I would recommend going in-store and trying them on, making sure they fit properly before purchasing.
