★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give no stars if I could. Ordered some platters on Friday to pick up on Saturday. The email said that they would be in touch to confirm the order, but I called them Saturday morning as I hadn't heard from them. The staff member said yes they had the order and it would be ready in an hour. When I went to pick up they hadn't made it (I was 5-10 minutes late even to give them a little time) and they were going to make it then and wanted me to wait 20 minutes. As I had a birthday party to go set up I couldn't waste any more time on these useless people and we just didn't have sushi for the party. Totally incompetent, and I wouldn't recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salmon platter was really fresh and delicious. However customer service was not too great. My platter was ordered over the phone and ready for me at the front desk and the staff saw me waiting there but still didn't get anyone to tend to me. Once someone finally got to the front desk, another customer came to pay for their food and cut in front of me and they served them first. Paying took overall 10 minutes for something that was ready to me to collect when it was not busy and they had 3 staff standing around looking at me. I don't know what the unnecessary wait time was for?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks fancy but you would be better off paying less and having sushi at other Sushi joints. The chicken teriyaki sushi was a let down as compared to other places and certainly more expensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect food with high quality. Deliciously detailed. This is what sushi should be. Overly happy that I could enjoy sushi like this in Auckland without going overseas. Classic culinary standard sushi at a fair price. Friendly stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh and delicious food. Service was great, and we sat by the bar which was a great entrainment for the kids. Why 4 and no 5 starts? No cash accepted and extra charge for credit card payments. But a part of this the I recommend this sushi train. We really enjoyed the food. Thx
