β β β β β Went to buy some pants and found that the sizing diddnt seem to go past a 14 / 34 in both the men and women sections. The google info says its wheelchair accessible but the store is very cramped and would be very hard / impossible for a wheelchair to acess.

β β β β β Purchased 3 items and after they charge me the staff says we dont have any carry bags! How does a clothing store run out of bags??
Had to carry 3 items in my hand through the mall and go back to my car instead of continue shopping.

β β β β β @Daniel Ariyani review of having no bags: How privileged do you have to be to complain about something like this? The shop is in the middle of CBD meaning alot of people come in and out, meaning alot of bags are used. As a customer who's shopped here I love their range of mens clothing - thats just my 2 cents

β β β β β I donβt know what your hiring policy is but New Market, Commercial Bay and Sylvia Park branches all have the worst customer service ever! I work in retail so I know the basic retail standards. Thereβs no greeting when you walk in the door, staff are always doing something (yet the store is always messy) such a shame because there are some real cool brands/products in your store that you donβt see at other stores but being a high priced store you need to provide some type of good service as not all products sell itself and it just creates a bad image for the whole company in general.

β β β β β Visited the store today and had a horrible customer service experience. The girl who was manning the changing room was incredibly rude to my boyfriend and I - for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Always make an effort to be polite to retail staff having worked in retail myself. We felt so uncomfortable by the way she treated us we wanted to leave without trying our items on.
Genuinely left feeling confused as to what we had done to deserve to be treated in that way by a complete stranger. Straight up mean! Won't be returning to the store after that experience.

β β β β β Yikes, after reading your reviews it looks like there are some consistencies you might want to address, specially the terrible or lack of customer service. Went into store today with the intention of buying some jeans. Not one of the 2 people standing behind the counter acknowledged or approached me. The lady even looked at me at one point and walked straight past although I very clearly needed help.
