★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a very expensive item. A couple of days after purchase I got an email saying that they were refunding my purchase but offered no explanation why. Their email said to ask them any questions or give them feedback but when I asked for the item replacement to one they had in stock they told me to order on their website which no longer had the price of the item I purchased. Extremely disappointing and unhelpful. They say customers can contact them on Facebook Messenger but it seems no one monitors it/responds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such an amazing experience in Newmarket. Hiromi was outstanding and made me feel like a million dollars, she gave me great advice, was honest and just a beautiful person to deal with. I will forever more come shopping on a Thursday or Friday to see Hiromi, her customer service is so impressive. She really picked me up and I walked out the store with a big smile on my face. Thanks Hiromi x

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an aroma diffuser at Flo at home, and when I got home that night there were no reeds or decorative vessel, only the plastic bottle with the liquid in it. Heartbroken I sent an email and a few days after getting no response sent a message on facebook and nothing. I won't be shopping here again.
edit: I got in touch after this review and they sent me the missing parts from the one I purchased in store, thank you. Still only 4 stars just because I had sent an email and Facebook messages and got no reply until I wrote this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not tell you in advance that you can't return items....you only get a store credit. There are no signs notifying you. It's not till you try and return something that they tell you this even if it was the same day of purchase.
