Very bad service, dirty room . The Lady owner so rude , arogant and don't know how to treat her customers. She's never smile. The rooms are different with the photos where they put in the web. Very disappointed. Not recommended ?

I had a terrible experience with the host of the motel during my two nights visit. On two occasions, we felt like leaving the motel and going to another one - first within the few minutes when we entered our room because of the strong stale fishy smell in the whole one bedroom apartment including the inside of the cupboard and draws. We opened our door, all windows, cupboard doors for many hours, even until late night to get the smell out of the room. I even hung the curtains for better ventilation. The cleaners had put some sort of air fresher when they cleaned the room minutes before we arrived and we could smell that too. Terrible yakee smell which no one likes to begin their holiday with. The next when we were blamed and demanded to pay for making a pot mark on the bench, something that I did not do. The small pot in question which made the mark was never used for cooking by me at all, however I did use the pot to empty my leftovers the next morning and washed my bigger pots. This was cold food. It was barely 24 hours since we had arrived and what was suppose to be our two nights relaxing and enjoyable holiday was turned into stressful and disastrous one. We wanted to leave the rooms immediately but for the sake of our kid who was keen to bath in spa, we stayed on for another night and barely slept because the whole time my husband and I were thinking of why are they blaming this on us when I even saw the mark on the bench when I was cooking but cared less because it was not my doing so I was neither bothered nor worried about it. Despite me trying to explain to the host that I did not use the pot in question and I saw the mark when I was cooking, the lady insisted that I did it and she stood by her decision and she later slapped me a bill of $250 demanding payment. I will make sure that I tell at least 100 people so that they are aware of what happens and do not become victims like me. I told the host before, I am telling her now and I will tell anyone 1 million times that I did not do that and I was unfairly treated and my honesty and integrity was challenged. I would have willingly and openly declared and paid every cent for the damage that I may have caused, but in a situation like this where I am told I am the culprit despite me trying to express my views which were never heard and taken into consideration makes me feel sad and worried about the future holiday makers and tourist. MY ADVICE TO OTHER USERS IS PLEASE THINK AGAIN BEFORE BOOKING HOLIDAY HERE.

Rooms are reasonable cared for with clean linen and towels every day as required..spa baths are a little neglected...Microwave ovens are overdue for replacement..staff and management are very helpful?General maintenance really is all that is the let down. Good value solid three stars

Nothing worked! The spa was random and only worked one night. We were told it was broken in advance but no options or discount offered. The electrics were faulty with flickering lights and outlets not working unless you reset the mains. They were stingy with towels - only providing one per guest. The office door was locked all day so you had to ring a bell to get let in and the woman seems grumpy at having been disturbed - even during office hours. It was a cheap motel but no cheaper than others I've stayed in and definitely not up to standard.

I don't even know where to start with this review. This is BY FAR the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. The male owner is rude, arrogant, nasty and completely and utterly self-centred. Final check in time was 7pm - yet we received FOUR phone calls on 8 hour drive up to see 'where we were' (and we still got there before the 7pm cut off time). This was purely because he wanted to know if he could sell the room to someone else. DISGUSTING. Once we got there, both the front and rear outside bulbs were blown - had to get them replaced. Went to make ourselves a coffee, to find dirty mugs in the cupboard.. GROSS. Then when it came to bed time, we pulled the duvet back to find FRESH BLOOD STAINS on both our sheet and pillowcase. We were asked if we wanted them changed - are you joking?! He came back with ONE sheet.. We had to specifically request the second sheet. Roll on the morning, we went outside (we arrived once dark, so couldn't see the courtyard properly) to find glass in our 'private' courtyard (which is totally NOT private, with at least 4 windows able to see in). When we mentioned this - we were told that WE put it there, which we certainly did not. From here, we were asked to leave!!!! Because we found blown bulbs, bloodstains, dirty dishes and broken glass - he didn't like being called out on it and told us to leave. I have never been so angry and humiliated in my life - my children were witness to all of this happening. Absolutely mind-blown that this outfit is still in business and excessively disappointed that this horrible man single-handedly ruined our first family holiday.

Comfy beds and reasonably quiet. Spa was great but cold tap didn't work and we had to bucket the cold water. Shower sqirted every whichway.

Average place & room but you get what you pay for. My expectations weren't too high after reading the reviews so I was just expecting the standard stuff. The woman at the front desk was definitely unwelcoming and a bit rude just like how some one mentioned in another review. The place wasn't super clean but it wasn't bad. There was a puddle in the toilet which was caused by a leak but luckily it was clean water. We did notify the front desk lady and she came up to inspect and did what she could. Was told the issue would be fixed the next day (by herself) but I didn't notice any changes but I also didn't notice any leaks so I assumed she just left it if she did actually come in again to check (or the problem resolved it self). What prevented me from giving a slightly lower score would have been the indoor spa pool and was the best thing the stay had to offer. It was actually really good so it lifted the overall score. Overall, average stay, not so great front desk service but good indoor spa pool.

Bad customer services & unfriendly owner. rooms hasn't looked like the photos. I wasn't enjoyed , bed uncomfortable. Not recommended if you want to enjoy your holiday. If it free room for me next time I don't wanna take it.
