★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People I cannot warn you enough against this place. All seemed genuine enough but totally stuffed up my IPhone 7 plus after a screen repair. A week later screen and home button stopped working and cost me $850 to fix after paying them $120. Stay away - they should not be repairing apple phones.

Return it and was told that I can't have my money back because there is a 50/50 chance that it might be broken and he is not able to test it because he didn't had the same phone in store. After arguing he now had the phones in store and was able to test it, got my money back eventually.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Purchased a glass screen protector for my wife's brand new (still in the box) phone and when we put the factory supplied cover, the new screen protector slid off. Was told it wasn't really their problem as they don't fit with those cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a glass protector put on my brand new out of the box phone. Process was great. However upon putting the factory supplied case on my phone the protector came off. Their answer 'these cases don't work with protectors'. The attitude seemed basically 'tough sh*t we don't care'. Nothing was offered to be done, no replacement or discounted replacement. I wasted $30 on a protector that lasted an hour at the most. Have purchased many things over the years from there, but wont be back now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my phone in for a simple repair to fix some broken glass in the corner of my camera but when I went to pick it up one of the camera lenses (no where near the broken glass) was scratched. It's obvious the store owner accidentally scratched the lens when changing the glass but refused to take responsibility. Offered a partial refund or to replace the glass as there was still lots of fragments of broken glass left behind but after the glass was replaced by the other employee there was still fragments lefts behind. Now when I try to use my camera I get a message pop up telling me I need to clean my lense. Will never be back here again.

Result was perfect even though he has never done one before and for the fact that he chose not to charge me for it. ?
