★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop had a sale on with good specials. Displays were tidy and designed to attract customers into the shop. The range of shoes seemed to cater for all. The assistant was polite and friendly. She offered a shoe horn and adjusted straps on the shoes I tried on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite their website saying the item was in stock at my closest store; sadly, this was not the case. I asked the shop assistant if she could order what I wanted to arrive in store if I paid for them now, which she did; and, luckily there was a further 20% discount on the item I wanted!
