The car is excellent, clean and tidy. 5☆s isn't high enough of a score to give.Will absolutely be returning many times over. Having an app makes everything much more simple!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vehicle we rented, a brand new Mitsubishi Pajero Sport was in excellent condition and a pleasure to drive and everything from booking online to pick up and drop off was hassle free plus customer service was friendly and helpful, so am greatly appreciative and would not hesitate to use Go Rentals again and highly recommend to anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a car for about 3 weeks and the car was in perfect condition with very low KM.
The SUV had all the extra option you need for a long trip.
I’ve been charge an extra $$ for 1h late after 3 weeks rent, I guess it’s my fault.
I also forgot my keys inside the car and the staff send me an email directly so I could pick it up.
I found a nice deals when I booked the car with 15% discount.
The pick up of the car and be fully prepared and ready to go if you have registered all your details online before.
I will use go rental again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired a Ford Ranger for 3 days. Excellent car and awesome booking experience. But the problem starts if you are late by an hour and takes the word of Go rental support staff. Planned my travel according to the advice received from their support staff. Terrible support after you hire the car. Each time when we try to contact the support team, we will get different answers.Charged me a full day for 1.5hr late, which was advised initially to be free by their support staff. After much time spent, their manager agreed to refund half day charge. Would never go for Go rentals again. Stick with Ezy Car rentals. Went with Go rentals as they offered better deal and learned my lesson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely atrocious customer service experience from Go Rentals Beach Road, Auckland CBD. Everything was great until return time. We went to the petrol station across the road and filled the vehicle as high as the pump would allow us. Have photo evidence of vehicle being full. They argued with us that it needs to be "over full" which we don't even understand how that is possible. They're now saying on the return report that tank wasn't full and they will charge us for this. Rang customer service and received no help, just more insane arguments about how we had to fill it twice?! This was an expensive rental, over $500 and you've just lost a customer over this. You could fit possibly a few extra cents of petrol in. Absolutely would not recommend. Horrible customer service. Horrible end to a holiday.
Edit: Almost a week later and absolutely no response from them. Atrocious customer service. We were promised a call back but they couldn't even be bothered doing that. Won't risk using Go Rentals Beach Road again when they can claim you didn't fill the tank, even when it is full and you have a photo showing it is full.
