★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was just going to buy a simple filter for my old vacuum and ended up buying a new one by trading in the old one and also got a hand vacuum one which was at a good sale tag. Staff is friend and knowledgeable about the products and warranties. As an specialized store, it gives us more confidence in their suggestions and opinions about all their inventory. Got a Hoover smart vacuum cleaner and hopes it last at least 5 years for the price I paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here with my partner, a local, to look to buy a stick vacuum cleaner for her apartment. We were served by Abheyjit who was extremely knowledgeable and after a short demo of the stick vacuums that may fit our purposes settled on a Wertheim Evolution MAX stick Vacuum. It is an amazing machine and design wise is as good or better in my opinion than my expensive Dyson. As an owner to 2 previous Dyson, this one was brilliant as was Abheyjit. I ended up buying one for my place in the South Island as well.My Dyson will go on Trademe.
