★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the cheapest pearl tea place in Auckland! Staff were very friendly and explained to us patiently as I wasn't sure what to order. They were also very flexible with the changes I wanted to make. Will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start, I was served by Joey (skinny Chinese guy with glasses), terrible customer service from him, it was like I was an inconvenience to him. Went to go order my drink and the whole time he told me to hurry my order. And then when I got the drink, it tasted bland, even though I asked for 100% everything, when I looked on the label, it said 30%. Disgusting service from Joey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a 0% sugar 0% ice strawberry yogurt and got a horribly sweet liquid. Definitely it is not yogurt. Went back to talk to the staff and let them know that I was dissatisfied with the drink. Their answer was "that's the recipe " and didn't bother asking if I wanted another drink instead. Awful drink and service.
