★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are a little bit high. Dirty milk tea is the best. Although wish there was an option to change sugar content in their drinks rather be pre mixed. Overall decent bubble tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting for her to finish her conversation with a random guy, the server was quite rude. Didn’t look too happy that she had to stop talking to him to serve me. Then they didn’t have the pearls so she couldn’t make my drink. Even after telling her I didn’t want the pearls she said she couldn’t do that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Customer service. I've never come across a business that doesn't want business. Went 3 weeks ago with a friend, we were told that everything we would like to order (Dirty, Taro and Regular milk teas) were all not available due to the time being close to closing time. It was only 16.20pm and their website advise their shop open until 1800pm. Today, I was trying to place a phone order at 16:30pm, was told by a male staff (maybe owner) they are closing. It seems the opening hours on their website is not correct. Or, perhaps, they make enough money and do not need anymore? Very Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good and quick when I went, but the mall was pretty quiet so that’s probably why. I got my favourite: plain Pearl Milk Tea, it wasn’t as nice as what I’ve had elsewhere and was pricey for what it was. Probably wouldn’t rush back ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The male staff/probably the owner was very rude and acts snobby. we tried to order around 3pmish on a quiet day and the drinks we wanted apparently are not available, so we tried changing it thinking that might just be that, but he started getting angry and speaking to us in a condescending tone making us look like idiots. I asked which one's are still available to order and he just said no pearl. since he didn't explain it properly, we didn't know what he was on about cos we were getting sago not pearls ?. We left as he was clearly not accepting customers and ordered yogust instead. We just wanted to have some boba that day but instead got this treatment, and seeing from the other reviews they're getting, it looks like it's been a common issue for this particular shop. I would avoid this business as being kind is not so hard specially to paying customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself and my family purchased drinks here on 24/05/2022. We were served by two Asian females aged in their mid 20s who were very rude with their customer services, both appeared to be more interested in hurrying us up with picking what we wanted and rushed back on their phones.
I had a Oreo Matcha, this tasted off. I chucked it and couldn’t return to lodge a complaint due to already being on the road and in heavy traffic. Roughly 3 hours after I could feel my tummy rumbling and hurting, also really bad diarrhoea. Few days later my family complained stomach pain and vomiting with diarrhoea. We believe the business are using expired ingredients and unhygienic practices.
I want to warn the public about this food business having very bad food safety and hygiene.
Stay safe and don’t waste your hard earned money at this trash place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I ordered a full cup of watermelon with cheese, not only did the color look wrong, but it tasted like the watermelon was out of date and didn't taste like the watermelon at all. The food used is seriously suspected to be expired. It is recommended that you do not buy any more, not only in Ormiston Mall, but also in most other places. The second thing that makes me angry is the attitude of their staff. They kept customers waiting for 10min without asking them. They were busy cleaning up.
