★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love it, I always go here for my favorite bubble tea 2 Ladies & Panda, they do have nice mix drink here, the price is similar to other bubble tea shops. This little shop is in the middle of the spacious area, just give me a breathable, enjoyable feel when I visit.
Also Botany town centre is architecturally distinguished from other town centres for me, so that's another treat to the eyes. Often I go to the temple too, quite closeby and save a lot of time in one trip to the East side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to find location and friendly, accommodating staff. A big let down is the waiting time, around 5-8mins. Milk tea is okay-ish, too much milk on my roasted rice tea but not closing my doors to taste other flavours. Pearls bit hard, but better than that of gongcha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This milk tea brand is quite popular back in the ?? and there’s always a long line in every stall I go to back then. So when we saw that this branch didn’t have a line, my partner and I decided to finally try this out ?
We didn’t know which are the best sellers so we opted for the grass jelly milk tea. It was quite good! My favourite was the grass jelly; it was soft, chewy, and sweet enough that just 30% of sugar was just right.
I’m surprised there’s only one branch in ?? so this is a definite go-to whenever I find myself in Botany Town Centre again!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is right in front of the New World so it's fairly easy to find. There were a few drinks that I was wanting to try but ended up going with the panda milk tea since they were having a special for it. After ordering you just wait for your orders at the pick up area like other places. The milk tea was quite nice and I really liked the combination of the white sago and black pearls. A tasty and fun drink. I would definitely be keen on trying their other flavours.
