★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Tried to make phone order on my way to the store but no one picked up the phone. Rang several times. When I got to the store in Sylvia, there was staff there they just don’t want to pick up the phone. I know that because I called again when I was at the store, saw their phone range but the staff just ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Taro Storm. Disappointed. Tasted like straight cream with a hint of green tea. Paid $11 for a upset tummy. Idiot! Sorry will not be going there again. However on the up side, service was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Taro and peach gum with coconut milk. Tasted so yuck because the coconut milk made me feel so sick. And i usually love coconut milk. Thought it was just me, my friend ordered a taro milk tea with sago and she said it was very milky and no flavour. The one at meadowlands tasted wayyy better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service, guy was busy talking to another worker while I waiting to order. Took awhile for an order because they were test tasting other drinks they had made (looked like for fun). Drinks were warm like they hadn't added much ice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice refreshing drinks but the lady served a girl and her mother - who both barged in front of the line - first. Bad manners for these 2 customers & not cool for the staff member. Also longish waiting time for drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually order Rose Milk Tea, which always comes in the large size as they said they don't make it in the small size. It comes with jelly as well, this large costs $9.80.
Today (2 May 2022, 2:30PM) , I ordered as usual, paid the $9.80.
The lady gives me my drink in the small cup? and has no jelly either?
I asked her why it's in small cup. She said her boss has changed it this week to pay full price of large drink and we get the small drink?
There was no jelly, less drink, small cup, and i'm paying for a large?
Never coming back here again. Ripping customers off.
