★ ★ ★ ★ ★ takeaway container is very flimsy!!!, I advise not to put it there as my one fell while carrying it, I went back to buy another one told them about it and they didn't even gave a refund because of their faulty container. needs more attention to customer needs. this place doesn't improve at all I ordered wintermelon drink and wintermelon foam and it taste like syrup we had to water it down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly opened so the staff were not really ready for a busy service. There was a line for most of the time we were there. It wasn't super busy since we were able to get a seat. I got a wrong order (original instead of taro) but the staff were still learning. The tea was ok bu thte pearls were a bit hard for my liking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to complain about the pearl milk tea I bought at your Botany shop tonight (15/07/2021). At 7 pm, we ordered pearl milk tea with double pearl which was hardly found anything wrong inside. We were shopping at Botany Centre and after I finished the milk tea and there was some pearl left. I found there was a cockroach inside and I was shocked!!! We got back to Gongcha at around 8:30pm and tried to talk to the salesperson. She told us that she had no idea how to deal with this situation and told us there is no policies for any refund or compensation. She said the only she could do is to offer free drinks for us.I feel so bad and cannot stop vomiting after I found that cockroach. I feel like there's been a psychological barrier and a lot of psychological damage.I feel like there's been a psychological barrier and a lot of psychological damage.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leve 3 experience review: Open only for pickup and you need to order online through the Gong Cha App. It doesn't let you select a time for pickup, only ASAP which was like 15 mins later. The order was ready when I arrived and they even included a stamp card with stamos for the drinks I purchased.

I came here a few times and ordered the same drink. Looking at some of the past reviews, I did not expect any services as this is really a place to buy a drink and go... hit and run.
I always ordered the White Pearl and Ai-Yu Special (寒天爱玉) and sadly they always ran out of white pearl. But today, they have all the necessary ingredients and for the first time I had the Ai-Yu Special as it suppose to be. And the drink is so refreshing and delicious. In my opinion, 30% sugar and a little ice is the perfect combination.
On this day, I was served byva young lady, Jamie and she is really pleasant, friendly and attentive. She makes my day. So I am giving a 5 star ratings hoping that the standard for this place remains despite of some bad reviews. Keep it up!
