They then carried out the fitting process with amazing attention to detail. They genuinely want you to walk out with the right gear fitting you perfectly. Great gear, exceptional service. Thanks!

Bought some ski boots off them this year and they spent so much time with me fitting me and finding out about my style of skiing so they could get me the perfect boots. I have been back to sort out a few pressure points I have had while skiing and they have taken sooo much time with me to get the size right and re mould the boots to fix the pressure points.
Couldn’t recommend this place high enough, the level of service is amazing!

We just had a day up the mountain and the brand new ski boots we had purchased elsewhere (that had been fitted) were excruciatingly painful. We thought we were up for new boots, however once we were fitted in the ski boots correctly with correct inner soles trimmed to fit, and buckles altered to suit the boots, we were away. Thank you so much Hendon. We did purchase some gloves, socks and a couple of other things - fabulous range.

I'm in taupo heading south and was looking for a few things... left the shop after the rude statement from an employee and found hamils around the corner who gave me a excellent shopping experience and spent 300.00 on gear that I required .
Would never shop here at Gordon's again .
