★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were fine for what we wanted, had all the stuff that we needed for the stay. Rooms were tidy when we arrived and cleaned often during our 4 night stay. Staff were very helpful. Plenty of parking which is great. Having bike storage was great, even though we didn't use that on this trip but knowing it's available is a bonus. I had great communication with them leading up to our stay and was very happy with the level of service even if it was a budget motel. They gave service above what i expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This motel was a God send after leaving grotty accommodation elsewhere. Customer service was great. Lovely large rooms, clean and warm. Great parking too. Only downside was being backed onto petrol station that had its fair share of noise in the night. Overall no complaints for motel itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I biggest mistake of booking this motel …. Never come back..dirty rooms and beds.. very old bathrooms and dirty broken toilets….dirty cutlery.. spoiled my stay ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No smoke alarms/power points pulling out of the wall not safe with young kids/bed side light Arcing inside it’s self and damaged not electrically safe/wallpaper pulled off walls and tape used to hold it up in place/ lovely people and staff just poorly maintained

Not a very pleasant experience unfortunately. Gross shower... standing in 2 inches of water as the drains seemed blocked up looking at a rotten window sill... A light fitting that was a A4 plastic insert for a binder wrapped around the bulb. The list goes on....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting place. We booked and were given room 6, arrived, could not use the dishes as were grubby and covered in food. We had not used anything in the room/bathroom and saw water leaking on the carpet/waldrobe and the bathroom flooded, we could hear it leaking through the wall. We showed the indian guy who was the manager, who blamed us for the leak in the sink!? He was unbelievably rude. Refused to give a refund, intimated woman by getting in our face saying it was our fault and told us to get out. We left as the room was not usable and flooded. Absolutely disgusting room and unbelievably despicable behavior from the manager! Do not reccomend ever using this hotel. Will be laying a complaint and requiring our money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I stayed for a few nights over Easter weekend. Where do I start...Biggest Mistake. This place should be shut down due to health and safety. Very run-down, over priced and dirty. The bathroom...Disgusting. Don't even know how to describe the toilet. Stained toilet bowl and the seat looked like someone had taken a knife to it. Deep scratch marks...just great for germs. Shower...Gross. One look put me off. Very dirty around the windows with peeling paint and mould. Bed uncomfortable with springs digging into our backs. No electric blanket, or extra pillows. The pillow protectors on both beds were ripped and had yellow stains. There's a notice on the Living room wall which reads....Please help us to keep the rooms clean and tidy, so that we can give good quality to every coming guest every time. There was no cleaning and changing of sheets, towels etc the whole time we stayed. The black clear file which is hidden in the bedside cabinet says it gets changed everyday. The one bedside cabinet had cup stains on top and was very dirty. No aircon, just a old heater and fan in the wardrobe. Not many power points. Did have a fridge, jug, microwave and toaster. Cutlery not that clean. No comfortable seating. Very noisy due to being situated behind a busy BP service station and on a corner of busy roads. Very noisy neighbours with young kids running up and down the corridors and balcony outside our room. The noise went on until after 11pm. Not much sleep. No smoke alarm.
I would definitely not recommend this place to stay. We couldn't wait to leave. Unfortunately due to Easter, everywhere else was fully booked. Save your Money! Our trip was spoilt thanks to this place. The only good things were off street parking, Wi-Fi and being handy to places we wanted to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t ever go to this motel. They don’t change bed sheets till it turns yellow and their room stinks. Yellow toilets with full of mosquitos.
Even if you paying $200 for room they don’t have AC. They have $20 fan for you in summer to stay awake whole night with your kids .
Must bring your own perfume or air freshner before you go this motel .
