★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a late check out with out being charged don’t bother, they charge you. Spa bath did not work and I think they thought the bubble bath they gave with it made it a spa? Wifi wouldn’t work. Beds weren’t that comfy and the big one had a horrible “roll together dip” in the middle, definitely needs upgrading. The house cleaning can’t be good as there were cobwebs in most places and mould in the bathroom and spa area. We booked a 2 bedroom unit however there was only one room and the living room piled up with beds? Definitely not what is says it was. Also the complementary milk was given out of a big bottle poured into a jug (during covid), we didn't want to touch it. Also if you need to change dates for your stay don’t expect to be able to do that (even with notice). First inclination of them being payed for nothing they will take it, tell you they’re booked out (so they “can’t change it” the day you want to change your stay to, even tho online it says they’re not.) and then refuse a refund. Lady at reception seemed nice however the whole entire experience let her down. I felt like she discriminated against me because we are Maori, but I hope my feeling was wrong.

We wanted cheap accommodation as we wouldn't be spending much time inside.
Staff are lovely. House keeping team are good.
Spa didn't work properly, and mould stains throughout the bathroom.
Very loud ruckus neighbours partying during the night. On multiple nights.
If you want budget accommodation this is for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in a comfort studio with a spa. The room was roomy and had everything you need. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was minimal noise. It wasn’t quite as beautiful as the photos on Booking.com but was good for its age. The owner said it’s soon to be given a much needed upgrade :) definitely adequate for a short break away the spa is a bonus!

Me & my partner stayed one night for our spontaneous trip to Rotorua, we loved it! comfy beds, an awesome spa, clean & tidy and really friendly staff, the only downside is there was no aircon, it was a little hot but apart from that would definitely come back to stay again! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In arrival everything was nice looked clean but I was very disappointed with the fact that the spa did.not work ( also booking.com photos make it look waaay better that it is that deffinatly needs updating)
and the shower head was broken and very old you had to hold it to use it which would have been like that for some time the spa did.not work properly and the jug had alot of grime on the lid like it had never been cleaned also next to the bed was chocolates that were going yukk in the floor which indicates to me the cleaners either dont vaccume or are terrible cleaners would.not pay.250 a night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. Early and late checkout was promptly organized. Value for money was exceptional. Huge room with seperate private spa pool. Strange smell in room bit could of just been rotorua smell. Room was hard to heat with no heatpump with it having a high roof. May have had emergency housing people in there that were in next room up all night talking which stopped us getting good sleep if any. Bathroom could do with an update.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The spa bath is amazing but the room wasn't very clean. Hair in the sink and on bathroom bench. Service was amazing and we were looked after well with lots of towels. However it seemed like there were a lot of permanent residents at the hotel and they ruined the holiday experience with screaming kids, domestic fights and partying all night. It was value for money and a great location. Again the spa was amazing.
