★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there before for an ice chocolate which was really nice, so I brought my partner to try their breakfast. When we arrived we sat down at a table and the water glasses were filthy, so we asked for a replacement, we received them promptly however they were really greasy as well, the third time they brought us clean ones from the sanitizer, this should have been our signal to leave, however alas we gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered some drinks. We ordered an ice coffee and a banana smoothie, they came out fairly quickly but the smoothie had no taste whatsoever just tasted like water with chunks of banana in it. The ice coffee was okay
We decided by this point we wouldn't eat breakfast but we're still really hungry so we ordered some snacks. The calamari was advertised to come with takoyaki sauce but there was so little on it I almost thought they didn't put any on. My partner ordered spring rolls which were okay but both looked like they came out of a pak'n'save freezer.
After such a disappointing experience we spoke to the staff about it when we went to pay however while they let us complain they just explained that's how they normally do things we were not offered any discount or anything to offset our poor experience. They seem to have some really cool latte art on some other reviews but it seems like that's the only thing they put any effort into. As a cafe the service, hygiene and other products totally let them down. stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could, I really want to rate a 6-star out of 5, absolutely surprised by the latte art and the freshness of the food with perfect cook. Just right amount of the sauces which makes the food tastes fantastic and healthy. Highly recommend and will visit again.
