★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service with big smiles....and do all day breakfasts.Wanted Eggs Benedict for lunch (12.40) ..it was friends birthday.3 places that do breakfasts refused us,1 "upmarket "telling us kitchen supplies running low.We will keep running!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited over 1 hour for eggs Benedict which came out with burnt bacon and the eggs were hard boiled? Use to love this place but seems it’s gone down hill/has new owners. Over al experience 0/10 I’d recommend staying away ;(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gusto makes amazing food and staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The fries is really good and the seasoning that you guys have on that is amazing!! Food wait can be a bit long when they are really busy. But its a cafe not a resturant. I am really happy about their service and how respectful they are of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many unhappy diners. People beside us waited over an hour for one bowl of wedges which they felt was undersized. Over 45 minutes for our two dishes. Food to tables one person at a time with several minutes to serve all the meals to the table. One diner returned the meal and bought next door. Food worth the wait? No. Not bad food, not great food. Was not busy. Table was dirty but did see tables being cleaned. Could go on. Do not plan to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited almost an hour for our order, but that was absolutely fine as we ordered meat. However, we were disappointed with our 2 orders of sticky pork ribs, the meat was tough and dry.
Look at the knife for the ribs?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited over an hour for our food to come. They were charging surcharge for the long weekend and it's was not informed neither verbally, I'm the menu or in any part of the premises.
The staff could have said they had less staff working and that was over an hour waiting, but no one said anything. The coffee came first and of course I tried to wait for the food but my coffee was getting cold so I had to drink it.
The food is not the best but also not the worst, something simple like a poached egg was not delivered as such, but rather hard boiled eggs.
The consistency of the service is also not the best, my 2 friends ordered the same breakfast and they received it with different ingredients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see a lot of people have shared one star reviews. I could not share that. I was by myself on a busy Anzac morning around 11am. I scored a table for me. I ordered mashed avocado with poached egg with a cappuccino. The cappuccino was served first as asked and was just perfect to drink. I was told the waiting time was 30-40min. I thought OK, that will make it lunchtime then. It arrived in 20 minutes and the food was nicely presented and very, very tasty. The salad sauce was a delicious surprise, the poached egg was perfect, the avocado plenty.
The only thing I could fault was a bug bear of mine; the cutlery wrapped in a tiny serviette and felt like it was from the 2 dollar shop with sharp edges and the forks pointing in all direction.
The price was a bit steep I thought but in the end absolutely worth it.
Over all would definitely go again.
