When I asked about a product listed on their website, they suggested that I went to an AV specialist store to purchase.
Not the first time I have experienced bad customer service at this store. Will be going to the Rockshop or AV Store from now on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Music Planet. They always take the time to talk to you and they are never condescending or rude. Whether you are a seasoned professional or an absolute beginner, you will be given the same respect.
They also take the time to do things like re-string an instrument, which is time-consuming and certainly something they don't have to do, but they never make you feel like a bother.
Thank you to the team at Music Planet for my new keyboard, which I am enjoying very much. Thank you for offering to deliver it - but then helping me to load it in the car (because I am too impatient!)
