★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for a quick stop for the view once. Access is bumpy and carpark isn't massive. No facilities. Be careful with kids near the edge, very big drop off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great view of the clearance river and Hanmer ranges. You can see where bungee jumping happens at Hanmer Bridge. This place is not really maintained. It is a gravel car park. It is worth stopping over to have lunch or take a picture. It would be great if there was some shelter with seats. We found the breeze to be cold so we had our lunch inside the car.
