★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a vehicle in for a pre purchase inspection. Charged less than most. They required payment upfront WHICH I PAID. Told me the car needed a new clutch. Bought it anyway. My local mechanic said it didn't and it's fine.
Four months later, out of the blue, they sent me a red stickered FINAL NOTICE for the inspection fee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an appointment same day, which I needed as I was passing through. A cheerful mechanic went on the search for a faulty cable and found it, too. Please just heed this advice: the workshop is not on Clark Rd, but down a driveway to the right of the two auto workshops in front. High Tech, please put up a sign, and why not make it a big one, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite disappointed. I requested a quote for a service and listed what I wanted done, standard tasks, including material required. I didn't get a reply, even after 2 emails. When I phoned I was told that they don't like to provide quotes, they rather just do the work and charge accordingly. And that's after they invoiced incorrectly last time they did repairs for me. Well, they have just lost 2 customers, we used to bring both our cars there. They are friendly, though, and ok for a standard oil change, if that's what you need.
