★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked a simple question today, because I misunderstood the sign only to get snapped at and spoken to extremely rudely by your staff. Definitely need to get their customer service skills checked as that is no way to speak to a customer who was just asking a simple question about the smoothie ingredients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my friend went for coffee today and after waiting 15 mins on our order in totally empty cafe we spotted barista (young Asian lady) just browsing on her phone without even starting making our order. She didnt even notice us until we called for her. That's not the way how you bring the people in. Although a cheesecake and coffee were great. Please focuse on your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought one plate of nachos after being talked out of one each as she said it was too expensive to buy two if we might not eat it all.
I would pass on the dish next time but not because of size but because it wasn't well heated, lacked spiciness and tasted sweet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Do work at sylvia park and getting everyday coffee from Cova only. the coffee sometimes good and sometimes not but the girl who serves me named (Binita) she's lovely, such a beautiful soul. i really appreciate her and will definitely have my more coffee from Cova if she's serving it.
Well please pass my review to her.
she needs a best customer service award.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My two friends and i regularly come here and normally its all good but there is this girl who takes orders has real problems in taking orders . After repeating every single order she still makes mistakes . Half way thru our meals another waitress comes and says we were not charged for one of the coffees and can you pay now . So one of us has to get up and pay again . This has happened twice in a month and when i pointed it all i got was sorry . Its just not good enough . ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work at sylvia park and my whole team of 15 people we got coffee from cova everyday,
I had such a bad experience with the manager working at cova (short hair lady)
One day i found my coffee was so bitter and i gave them a 2nd chance to fix it and she said I'll give you refund as you always come back, i literally got shocked.
She added all the girls are complaining not to serve you by saying this.
It was terrible experience for me. I was upset whole the day.
Not even a single time i returned coffee.
She has to change her attitude it's just like she doesn't even care about customers at all.
All the other girls talk to me with a big smile and I don't know when they dislike me.
And even if you have a problem with anyone keep it with you, there's no need to say it loud.
Well worst customer service.
