★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees were very friendly and helpful. I tried to get my realme done but there was some kind of error, and they tried to do everything they could to solve the issue, in the end they helped me very much.
I can recommend Hornby Post &kiwibank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rude bad mannered staff especially the boss leigh should spend more time serving customers than chatting to the other staff. went there other day i was the only person there wiated 15 minutes to be served when i complained about the wait time was told if i didnt like it go somewhere else again today treated with bad manners and rude staff so i will now be joining another bank, kiwibank should not employ staff like the ones who work in hornby

Recently starting business with Kiwibank I found myself retuning to the once dual NZ Post shop/Kiwibank shop with all it dreadful reviews ( I know as I had written one of them..)
Thankfully though I found the Post shop has moved into one of the shops further in the mall..
Instead I was meet with a friendly assistant who assitained my requirements and after a conveniently scheduled and very pleasant informative meeting, I left having my banking bits and bobs sorted and happy knowing I had a reliable branch to return to with any requirements.

We have only had fantastic service, from both the NZ Post and Kiwibank.
We deal with Cherrie Yuan from Kiwibank and left BNZ because her customer care and service is so AMAZING!!
I recommend this place 100 percent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude counter ladies. They made it seem like a massive hassle to do their job with a smile. The attitude of the older lady was atrocious, I was extremely polite even with the attitude I received. If you can't talk to your CUSTOMERS with respect, then don't work in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always had pleasant service but only problem is the waiting. I really think between noon and 2pm that the counters need to be fully staffed - sure that means rostering staff for different breaks or getting in extra staff over busy times, but it is frustrating waiting in the queue to post a parcel or letter and have people in front wanting to ask complex questions which take ages and ages to resolve - or THAT person who insists on filling in their registration form at the counter while everyone waits - what about a speed service counter for clients posting just letters or parcels of less than 5 items? The queue system in ALL post and kiwibank shops needs to be reviewed - the current one does not work well at all.
