★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best place for camping. Since it is closed to the Hunua falls, it is more preferred. There is no mobile network. But if it helped for a good camp atmosphere.

The rooms and toilets are well cleaned and maintained, and all of the services in the building (such as heaters) work extremely well as expected. There is a lot of play area for children to go on, and at the back there is an awesome parkour course!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't recommend to anyone,booked room in house then we're told the owners were going on holiday so put us out in what we would call staff quarters, left milk outside in the heat,so went off.
The room itself was dirty,a TV that didn't work a shower that was only strong enough to clean your big toe.
And was still charged the full price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped grandson off for a camp. Whilst I didn’t get to see the whole place, the facilities are excellent for kids to enjoy the outdoors. There is a fantastic obstacle course which was clambered over by number 2 grandson who was too young to stay overnight - he thoroughly enjoyed it and would have stayed much longer given half a chance. Location near Hurua Falls and very quiet and secluded. I’m sure the camp will be a great success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful natural beauty of forest and stream with pine needles underfoot and sunshine filtering thru trees make for magical atmosphere for outdoor wedding. Sweet little A-frame church chapel if you prefer indoors and recent upgraded kitchen to self cater. BYO and camp accommodation allows you to host a weekend party to celebrate ? your wedding if you wish. JO the caretaker is lovely and accommodating
