★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place near beach. Cabins have a lot of character and lotsa privacy. Near the hotel there are few places to eat and buy souvenirs. Management was very responsive. I highly recommend this hotel, probably the best option in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the stable cottage which the owner advised they had just finished very cute and rustic. Clean and comfortable bed such a nice place to stay highly recomend the owner was very helpful and even dropped us to the pub to watch the rugby even though we lost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very kind hosts and a very enjoyable stay. We stayed in Nikau cottage. The deck overlooking the ocean gives superb views of the sunset over the ocean. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice roomy units if a bit dated and confused in terms of decor and a bit 'cold'. Unfortunately it rained heavily the entire duration of our stay, which didnt help and made the unit damp feeling, but imagine the experience would be much different if weather was more accommodating. Found the price a bit expensive ($245 +$30 for our 3 year old) compared to other accommodation throughout the West Coast, but it would have been magical in summer as our unit had a lovely deck (with Weber Q) and amazing views over the ocean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I stayed in the Stable Hut for one night. The hut has all the right essentials and a great bed for a good night's rest. Lauren was so amazing helping us during our stay there. They even offer horse riding trekking. I highly recommend trying it out. The whole group had an amazing experience with Lauren. We will definitely be coming back here again in the near future!
