★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely avoid at all costs. Brought my phone in to be fixed and ended up with a more broken phone. Very unprofessional and insolent customer service, could get more common sense out of a lamppost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first man I dropped the phone off with was so lovely. They did a good job of a diagnostic on the phone to identify the problem. Unfortunately the man who was working the day I picked the phone up was VERY rude and was reluctant to answer my very basic questions. Will NOT be going there again and sadly they may have lost business because I have two friends who also wanted phones fixed and were waiting for my recommendation. Customer service sometimes is just as important as the service you provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are legends... got quoted a really good price elsewhere but then that company messed me around and were about to turn my s7 edge from silver to gold... and they said it would take 5 days... yes they were cheaper but they also neglected to tell me that my phone backing would need to be replaced which would have caried a hidden cost.
Thankfully the friendly guys at icell (phone zone) said no problem i can fix it same day. And were 100% upfront and honest. I had no surprises. My phone works and looks like new. Once again. Thank you, you guys rock!
