This is my first year in business as a self employed nutritionist, and I wouldn’t have any idea of what direction to head in if it weren’t for her gentle but firm guidance. I didn’t really have a clear idea of how I was going to be successful, or what I even wanted my business to look like, but it’s been so helpful to work with someone to help my narrow down my niche, work on my branding, write my business plan and set clear, realistic goals with. I love how Faieka has used my personal leadership style to help me identify my own strengths in business as leverage to helping me succeed. I feel like I am now working with my unique style instead of trying to follow what I think I should be doing based on seeing everyone else! Being self employed, it can be easy to get discouraged or caught in a rut- but having the accountability and guidance of someone who’s as knowledgeable and experienced as Faieka has given me a lot more confidence. With Faieka’s encouragement I’ve now been running my own workshops, sending out email newsletters, changed my logo, updated my website and gained clients through it all- but the best part is having the confidence that I know I’m heading in the right direction.
