β β β β β I came into the store today to rebuild a pendant of which belonged to my grandmother. Craig the new guy was awesome help but the older lady/owner and older man the jeweller John ?? I obviously didnβt look worthy or rich enough to even speak politely to. The owner just spoke out a price and walked off and the John guy said I need gold to rebuild (twice in fact) then said you donβt even have a link to connect necklace I said yeah I need to get one after that he laughed/smirked under his breathe ! It was inappropriate and I felt degraded. Moral of story never going there again or recommending to anyone.

β β β β β Recently I (Aileen) had a ring remodelled , claws of another very old ring repaired and 2 plain gold bands made into one wedding ring. Roger and I were really delighted with the result, in fact the older ring came back looking new. Jenni and John were really fantastic they were so friendly and gave us not only good advice, but plenty of time and made us feel very comfortable. The staff in the store were also very helpful and friendly.
I highly recommend Franich Jewellers and the very personal care they gave us.

Jenni went above and beyond searching far and wide to find the perfect new center stone - thank you so much Jenni for your patience with me while I tried to decide what I wanted! The Montana sapphire you found is unlike anything else we have seen! Johnβs skill and experience in designing the new ring was clearly evident and very much appreciated. Not only are they skilled and experts in the industry, they are amazing people to deal with! I love my stunning new ring and wouldnβt hesitate to recommend them to everyone - just look at the pieces they have in store - they are a cut above anything youβll find in a chain store. β β β β β This place would have to be my favourite jeweller of all time. The staff are professional, engaged, and informed, without any hint of pretentiousness. I have had excellent service in both purchasing jewellery, re-modelling jewellery, and repairs. A visit to the shop always lightens my mood because I never feel the staff are simply out to sell me something. Quality family business!

John, Jenni and Craig listened to his story with compassion and John created a bearing for Dad that truly embodies what Dad was feeling and had visualized. He is a gifted Jeweller. Craig was totally awesome, he made the commissioning and picking up of the ring a special celebration that we will cherish forever. He was kind, professional and very helpful. If you want any jewellery, I highly recommended John Franich Jewellers.
