★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been ripped off. $92 for a 13 year old girls cut. My last review got deleted funny that. Ok for a start I object to having a 13 year old girls haircut classified as a ladies cut. The blond haired woman on the counter was rude. The same haircut in Takapuna Rodney Wayne is only $75. I have been ripped off. The staff we wearing masks around there chin not complying with Covid prevention. The hair dressing salon was hot....something is wrong with their air conditioning. The salon is cluttered making social distancing difficult. They offered me a hair treatment as compensation next time when you have a hair cut. I don't want that and why would I pay another $92 to sit in here and risk getting Covid. I just want to be correctly charged as per the $75 as the other Rodney Wayne salon charges. If this review gets deleted I will replace it with another one. People deserve honesty and transparency. People don't like being ripped off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a $50 voucher for Christmas that clearly states it can be spent in store or online for Luxury hair services or products. Made a booking Only to get told I could only buy products with my voucher. I needed a haircut not a bottle of shampoo. Not impressed, how stink is that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely top value hairdressing. Fantastic colour choices for your hair, making it unique and alive. Wonderful expert appointment system, I found them super to deal with. Im shy on photos so cant. I highly recommend these guys.

Being very particular with how my hair looks, I requested a small tweak to the way he styled my hair, no questions asked and I ended up leaving with confidence thanks to Mark listening to me. Quite pricy for a haircut charged at $102, hence only a 4 star rating, however I was very pleased by Mark’s service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No complaints regarding haircut it was fantastic but promotion they displayed on their door, Even staff wasn’t aware about it. When I asked about that promotion they just changed it quickly. I just had haircut without shampoo and it cost $102, last time it was around $85 only. When I questioned about pricing and staff said we charge only $102, doesn’t matter you take shampoo or conditioner and No one ask me about getting shampoo for my hairs, Even I m going to pay for it. Totally rip off??
