★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 10 stars then I absolutely would!! I sadly didn't get the hairdressers name but she done an awesome job with my thick hair and recommended a good style that I now love! I walked out feeling like a new person and very cheap for a student cut

The very best staff member you have on your team. So many people love her and her ability is to make you feel great and look great. People like Cindy are hard to find. Look after this team member just cuts. She is one of the best at her job cutting and taking care of you as a person. Thanks Cindy for being you and making me feel valued and look brilliant.

A truly engaging professional with a sharp wit, great sense of humour and who did a wonderful job on the cut from a most pedantic customer. Would highly recommend and will be back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went in, told 30min wait, gave phone number, wasnt texted for apt, walked in and was waved to a seat. Asked what i wanted i answered i wasnt really sure sorta left it open for her to suggest something "oh yip short back and sides" immediately proceeds to cut my hair without asking what length i desired or really taking much care i thought. whole cut took about 15mins including her walking off to answer the front desk twice, which i wouldnt mention if i liked the cut. "you like the cut right?" charged 35 bucks didnt line up my fringe nicely didnt trim back my super overgrown mutton chop sideburns just left them after a first pass with trimmers. big wagon wheel cuts around my ears. I look like jim carey from dumb and dumber with this cut. Poor cut, no love. Would not reccomend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my son to get a haircut, was told it was a 45min wait, but no one was in the store getting a trim, left my number, and waited to be contacted, 45min came and went, I followed up and was told, in 5min time they will call, went for a further browse and shop around the centre, after an 1:30 I gave up. My concern is if this is how there customer service is, how is there care and workmanship?

Wow she was awesome , she listened and worked with me in finding out what I wanted and needed. She was on point with everything I walked out of there a very pleased customer.
