★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was Blessed to spend 3 days on retreat with Aanwyn recently. A dear friend gifted me with the retreat - and we participated together over the days. It was a transformative time - from the first moment we arrived it felt like we were in a timeless bubble where there was no sense of the usual timing. Being able to drop out and simply Be - allowing the depthful process to unfold under the careful and nurturing assistance of Aanwyn was a life changing time. Feeling the innocence and pure Joy of childhod again as we walked through the most beautiful forest together - being fed with the happiest of memories by the Other Worldly folk who live there peacefully helped me to arrive at a momentous life decision of how I need to nurture myself to walk in my Highest Self. And where I need to be to achieve that became very clear - confirmed in a healing session with Aanwyn.
The othere thing to mention is that the nutritious and beautiful food, all prepared so lovingly by Aanwyn and her attention to our well being added to the sense of being completely safe and completely supported in the very profound process which was occurring - also supported by healing sessions. I am so grateful and carry the Joy in my heart knowing that I have connected with a soul sister after many incarnations and knowing that my Path is Guided and supported. One has to be careful in this time of who we entrust with our deepest spiritual process - and I can assure you that Aanwyn is of the highest integrity - Blessings and Love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A retreat at Karsak wlll leave your body, mind and spirit in such a peaceful space you will feel like you've been transported to another world. Surrounded by gorgeous nature of native bush, birdlife and water, all your worries just melt away.
Annwyn takes the utmost care of you and allows you plenty of time for self reflection and rest, as well as taking you on nature walks that will take your breath away. The nourishing food she prepares with love is deliciously divine.
You won't want to leave, but you WILL come away a different person I guarantee you that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful place of nature and nurture! We had a fabulous stay at Karsak Retreats with Annwyn. The mineral hot tub set amongst native trees and ferns on the edge of Tokaanu stream was amazing after a day of strenuous tramping. Annwyn goes the extra mile to provide a nourishing, peaceful stay. Those looking for genuine warmth and special energy in their accomodation will relish their stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A retreat at Karsak was highly recommended, so for our 17th wedding anniversary we enjoyed a couples retreat. Karsak is a magical place with devine hosts Annwyn and Raeul. Hearts, bodies, minds and souls were touched by the experience. For me I had a moving spiritual experience that is forever etched into my being. We left feeling so peaceful, so full. It was a truly joyous time.
