★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A popular fishing spot with an extra long jetty. Parking spaces include a toilet. Coastline is stunning with pohutukawa trees aplenty. There is a lovely coastal walk that starts at the lower carpark. It bypasses three big landslides but offers great views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice spot for a fishing with kids. Unfortunately you need to consider that your car is parked in an unsecured place and easily targeted by burglars.... what a shamble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely quiet place. Was a long wharf to walk out on for beautiful scenery out to sea but it was filled with fisherpeople which meant there wasn't much space. Small area bit higher up for a picnic but not good view cause trees block water. If your a fishing fanatic is great, if not, there are better places.
