Ross is a most interesting, eclectic, and lovely person who runs a great company and who will tell you the meaning of life during the journey from your hotel to the kayaks! Jonathan is a terrific guide and world-class kayaker (he wants to kayak solo around the Horn of Africa!!) whose great stories, conversation, and wealth of local knowledge made our 4+ hour trip just fly by. It was a windy day but we were expertly guided through quiet and beautiful bays and coves. It was really a memorable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the best service we experienced through the whole trip, the staff were really kind and nice to us, the kayaking was fun, the owner was a legend. The staff gave us little games to play even after the kayaking while waiting for others to change, and the owner was nice enough to give us a free ride to our next destination which he offered and would have cost us almost $60. This was the best Activity through out the trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rude racist works here. It is never funny to make joke of others’ nationality, ethnics, looks, bodies. He cannot stop talking even though my wife and I feel uncomfortable and try to stop the chat. Besides, he will throw back your credit card to you if you pay by card. How uneducated he is! I will never recommend any of my friends who want to kayak here. Worst experience I’ve ever had in Auckland and New Zealand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I had so much fun kayaking through the gentle waves of Waiheke bay! Our guide, Jonathan, made the whole experience much better, we all chatted about life, our dreams and about the island itself while being surrounded by the amazing views of Waiheke :)

A lad with such genuine passion for his job and possesses exceptional conversation skills which created a comfortable and humorous group atmosphere. It was amazing kayaking around and exploring the island's hidden gems. Will always treasure the memories created in the two hours spent here. Don't wait a second if you're visiting Waiheke, 10/10 recommend you book a tour with this agency!
