★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an online booking which was confirmed, arrived at scheduled time, they immediately took my payment and then told me they were too busy to do my manicure and I needed to wait until someone was available, maybe 20 minutes. (After much discussion, they agreed to give me a refund and I left).

I went in her as was recommended by a friend, went in with a picture of what she had had done there and was told they couldn’t do it…terrible service, payed way too much for what i received. what i received was gel nail polish that chipped on the same day and acrylics that weren’t glued on properly and fell off when they tapped against a shelf. i do not recommend this place to anyone who wants decent acrylic nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We felt like getting a nice pedicure so we popped in. We were directed to the chairs, and that was actually the best thing about the treatment. The footmassage was poor and rushed, nail polish was nicely done. I thought..
I spend almost half an hour getting very cold feet under the 'nail dryer' and was just left there. After those 30mins I decided to leave, since no one bothered to even ask me how I was doing or helped me by advising how long I should be sitting there. While I just got back to my hotel I saw that my nails look like this. Not happy at all, thats 45 dollars wasted right there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were nice enough for the most part, however service was below average, paid $50 for a gel polish and “manicure”. Sadly destroyed my cuticle on a fair few fingers, didn’t even confirm shape was good before doing polish, it wasn’t what I had asked for. No cuticle oil, or moisturiser afterwards, didn’t push my quicks back.. And now, only 4 days later the polish is peeling :( pretty disappointing
