★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely useless. Stood at the kiosk for 10 minutes for them to tell me they don’t take your order anymore and order at the kiosk. The app wasn’t working on the kiosk so I asked if they could just take my order of which she refused. Horrible service.

Overcharged, got a refund on the overcharge but no apology.
Vanilla Latte lukewarm with no vanilla.
Cappuccino with cinnamon lukewarm with chocolate not cinnamon.
Disgusting and couldn't finish it.
The only place open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking. No counter orders, only one self serve machine working. Waited in queue 40 minutes. No orange juice. One man making coffee and making up orders. Only 2 other staff cooking.
Just counted 28 people standing in queue to self order. Get your act together McDonalds this is not good enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The McDonalds at the intl airport prior to security is shocking.
No counter orders acknowledged (those who the self service wouldn’t allow).
Ignored by ALL staff members who were at times just having a chat between themselves. When asked to assist they said no and pretend like myself and others weren’t there.
I asked for who looked like management and he confirmed he was, Then said he had no time to assist (I had placed at order at self service, it would allow payment to proceed and told me to go to counter. In order for the order to be ‘complete’ payment needed to happen).
After me waiting a few minutes again and the manager not giving eye contact I made a point to get his attention and he reluctantly made a young girl assist me and then he got frustrated when I had to pay with cash as their systems were playing up.
He needs a lesson in customer service, if he isn’t going to lead with it neither will his team. Worst service ever experience at a McDonalds anywhere in the world.

I ordered happy meal with cheeseburger, salad, Apple juice and book instead of toy. other part of the order was double cheeseburger, small fries and coffee. They called my number and didn't mention anything was alternated.
When I opened happymeal I had found out they didn't put salad and book. When I asked them they told me they are sorry they run out of salad and books. When I opened second pack there were small fries and salad!! And this time missing double cheeseburger.
I'd be forgiving if they are super busy but there were only few orders and people weren't in line

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I read these reviews first. This has to be the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to around the world. Care factor 0, more than half the terminals don't work, chips barely warm and unsalted, meat dry and bland, virtually non existant sauce in the burger. Mcdonalds don't exactly set the bar high ever but what a disgrace to the brand.
