★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went through drive thru not to long ago, the person taking my order was rude. I got a deal off the app and I got a double stack, i asked for a mc chicken and quarter pounder, i then realised that i could get a big mac so i asked to change the mc chicken to a big mac and I got the response of ‘I’ve put it through and can’t change it”. I’ve worked for mcdonalds and left now long ago and I know that you can change it or they can tell kitchen too. Even when we got our food, no one acknowledged us. No “have a nice day” nothing. that’s what you get taught to say when handing out food. If you don’t enjoy working at Mcdonald’s then don’t work there or dont be rude. it’s very easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an awesome maccas a year or so ago, but lately it’s turned awful. Repeatedly getting half filled and super old fries , and the last few times we’ve been through food has been missing. Clearly an issue with lousy management or something because I’ve worked there before and it’s not that hard, and the managers were awesome. What’s going on Hornby ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service! Conna in particular was an amazing drive thru assistant!! His gentle kind manners and smooth calm voice really made my maccas experience sparkle. Please give Conna a raise!! Also there was another worker who was wearing a very sophisticated and fancy blazer which I personally thought was a good one! Thanks for the food and god bless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were friendly, and the food was tasty and what you would expect from McDonalds. We had to ask for the table to be wiped when we arrived as it was dirty. It took around 15mins to receive our food. The bins were overflowing and needed emptying. Given covid and the emphasis on cleanliness this restaurant fell short. Happy for a manager to reach out and have the opportunity to put their best foot forward so we can experience a well run McDonalds.
