★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I witnessed very rude customer service here, and because of this, I do not recommend eating here. My friend was trying to get a refund as the chicken tasted off and also looked green/grey. My friend was told it was due to cooking with coriander and spices (not sure how that works, why is it green on the inside when you break open the chicken, and not on the outside). If they had apologised and refunded, I wouldn't have left a review. But why does it need to get nasty to get a refund? It was only $12! Plus we returned the whole uneaten meal. They treat us like we are scammers. We have better things to do! Be more polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here today to get a Falafel Kebab and was asked if I would like Mayo, I said to the server that no I am vegan, she then laughed that i had chosen BBQ sauce and said that BBQ sauce has animal fat in it. Not only is this outright wrong the fact she laughed at me and then laughed with another customer behind me made me very uncomfortable. I purchased what i ordered because I was pushed for time but i am never coming here for food again. Disgusting customer service with blatant lies about ingredients on sauces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever will I buy from thi useless persons s disgusting place, the female pulled her mask down while making our order and at the same time was yelling out to the customers, I asked her to put her mask back up and was told that she could not talk to customers, I told her that she was spitting on our food. While she had mask off She just went quiet.. And this is how covid gets spread, filthy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has to be the worst in auckland by far i have tried. Really bad meat, very expensive and tasteless. Due to being in mall - people find no option. However guys who work there are nice. Just really bad food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never buy food from this place again, I was served by a very rude women with very poor hygiene practices. she had her face mask on her chin while preparing my food and was yelling out to other customers at the same time. When my husband politely asked her to put her mask on, she said she couldn't talk through the mask. Beware people you will be getting her spit in your food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pre-covid, we used to get food from here quite often. I really liked the vegetarian souvlaki plate. However this time the plate did not include a dolma and falafel, so it was essentially salad and rice for $16. Still nice, but not worth the price for that. Like others, I felt uncomfortable that the person making food and taking orders was not wearing a mask and not wearing gloves when handling the food, while every other business was masked up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking this is what they call a Greak salad brown as lettuce almost 95% lettuce and nothing else very disgusted.
I'm not a much of a meat eater but this is absolutely a waste of 10.50 I would not even have paid $5 for this if I knew thats what I was getting the description on the board sounded completely different.
Not that they would just grab pieces of leftovers from their kebab range. Utterly disgusted and will not risk my health to eat this rubbish. Infact in my opinion 1 star is one star to many and you could feed this to a animal.
Even more odd is the horrible cigarette aftertaste in my mouth from the 2 mouthfuls I ate. Im not a smoker so this is quite disturbing and wonder why on Earth do I have this horrid aftertaste.
